Material to be separated falls freely through the inlet on to the coarse screen, which removes such coarse impurities as string, straw and stones. Through fall on to the sand sieve, this removes broken kernels, sand and other fine impurities. Tailings from the lower sieve layer consist of cleaning grain and pass to the outlet.
The circular movement of the sieves facilitates an increase of capacity on a given sieve surface and also an increase of the sieve effect.
Working Principle:The grain separator capacity is determined in according to scope uf use. It is used for pre-cleaning purpose by using big holed sieves to obtain high capacities in the raw materials (cereal) storage systems and for precise cleaning
